An IP acquisition, not a company takeover
The 22 July release identifies Dig It, Combat Killer Clowns, Interstellar Fighting League and the Funny Till U Die entertainment brand as part of the acquired portfolio. It explicitly distinguishes those assets from Funny Till U Die LTD itself, which remains independently owned by founder Dinko Dinkov.
GAMEE and Gold Fest are not included in the acquisition. Gold Fest remains a separate nGRND-supported initiative. That distinction matters when describing nGRND’s directly controlled products alongside its external gaming relationships.
From sponsorship to product integration
Dig It first entered the nGRND programme through sponsorship. The acquisition gives nGRND a more direct role in its development, with the release describing planned work on technology integration, participation programmes, community communications and future digital experiences.
Funny Till U Die and its leadership are expected to support the transition through advisory and managed services. Dinkov remains involved in technology strategy and development of the acquired portfolio.
Participation figures in the announcement
The release reports more than 373,000 registered Dig It users, compared with a previously reported 306,000-player milestone in June. It also cites approximately 549,000 Gold Fest participants, producing around 922,000 combined reported participant accounts across the two programmes.
These are company-reported programme figures, not an independently audited count of unique individuals. Accounts may overlap between programmes, and reported participation does not establish cash rewards paid or future earnings. The announcement’s future product and reward plans remain plans rather than completed delivery commitments.
