A defined technology remit
The appointment release, dated 22 July 2026, sets out a role spanning software development, user experience, product delivery and engineering leadership. It also assigns responsibility for deployment and quality-assurance processes and for aligning technical work with the company’s commercial strategy.
Dinkov is the founder and CEO of Funny Till U Die, the Bulgarian company that developed Dig It. The release describes experience across blockchain, gaming and digital-product development. His appointment brings that product background into an executive role at nGRND.
Continuity for the acquired gaming portfolio
The appointment follows nGRND’s acquisition of specified gaming IP and digital assets developed by Funny Till U Die. The company says Dinkov will remain closely involved in development and integration of those products, including Dig It.
The two announcements concern different changes: one transfers identified intellectual property, while the other establishes technology leadership. Funny Till U Die itself remains independently owned, as clarified in the acquisition release.
Priorities for the role
The stated priorities include a technology roadmap, software architecture, technical integrations, testing and security standards, and development of participation infrastructure. These describe the CTO’s responsibilities and intended programme of work; they are not evidence that every proposed integration or future product is already live.
The full company release provides the appointment details and management’s comments on the role.
